Every creator receives a portion of the profits from what they work on. If they make a blockbuster, they benefit.
Every author is a partner in media created from their IP, and retain ownership. We respect the storytellers.
Although we may use computers, NO AI Studios doesn't pay for any Large Scale Model AI services or use any such AI internally, not even for hiring.
We endevor to pay our employees better than industry standard.
Our employees are treated well. While other companies restrict their employee's sick time, we require they take time off till they get better.
We encourage our employees to unionize. A good union helps us keep on top of treating our employees well and not slack.
As long as a media is profitable and the author is writing, its development will continue. We don't just drop series.
